A light colored, unfiltered beer with enough bread-like malt character to support the 250 pounds of fresh citra added after the boil.  What you have here is a citrusy, candy-dipped hop cone in liquid form.  We'll dare anyone to call this beer Mediocre at Best.

  • Color – blonde/straw

  • Clarity – hazy

  • ABV – 5.9%

  • IBU – 50

  • Ingredients - Great Western 2-Row, Mild malt, cara-pils, black malt. Bittered with Zeus, and inundated with 250 lbs of fresh picked Citra hops.  Fermented on an American ale yeast.
