Say hello to Western Collective's 'Best of the West' Collab Series -As part of our mission to have world-class products, we set out to work with some of the best breweries out there through the Best of the West Quarterly Collaboration Series.
The intent of the collab series is to get to know the crews, learn a little bit from each other, and ultimately show beer drinkers who we expect to stand up with in the market on quality. We are SO stoked to work with these breweries, whose beer we love and drink regularly.
Our Second Collab is with Crux Fermentation Project
We got together with our friends over at Crux Fermentation Project & set out to brew a pineapple bomb disguised as a Hazy Triple IPA. The recipe starts with a blend of malts from both Idaho & Oregon, oats, and red wheat for an extra thick and creamy body, and a smooth finish. Utilizing hops that were introduced to us during this project, we went with massive amounts of Mosaic, Bru-1, and HBC-586 hops for one big tropical explosion - with pineapple being the dominant fruit.
